Dr. Lynn McPhearson's journey in medicine began with an early exposure to holistic principles through his martial arts training in the early 2000s. This passion for helping others led him to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Kinesiology from the University of South Florida in 2011. However, he felt a desire to contribute more significantly.

In 2011, Dr. McPhearson enlisted in the United States Air Force Reserve as a medical technician. During his training, he observed a medical doctor successfully utilizing acupuncture with military personnel, witnessing firsthand its positive impact. This experience inspired him to delve deeper into holistic medicine upon completing his military medical technician training.

He found his path at the East West College of Natural Medicine in Sarasota, Florida, where he earned a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine while continuing to serve in the Air Force Reserve. In 2016, he deepened his understanding through an immersive experience, spending several months in China studying martial arts and medicine with the Shaolin Monks.

After practicing clinically from 2016 to 2019, Dr. McPhearson was deployed to Afghanistan as a an Air Force Reservist. In a remarkable achievement, he successfully advocated for the inclusion of his holistic medicine services within the combat environment. He became the one of the few , possibly the only, Acupuncture Physician authorized to practice acupuncture and dry needling in a combat-deployed setting. Subsequently, he served on active duty from 2019 to 2024. Even while serving, Dr. McPhearson maintained his expertise through pro-bono work and consistent participation in medical training programs.

Dr. McPhearson is also a Certified Neuropuncturist in the Neuropuncture Acupuncture System. An advance medical acupuncture system that utilizes modern research and neuroscience to create power treatments that work on majority of all patients .

Following his active-duty service, Dr. McPhearson established Whole Health Holistic Medicine. This practice is dedicated to providing holistic services grounded in neuroscience and research. Dr. McPhearson aims to alleviate pain, enhance daily quality of life, and foster health and wellness education for his patients.
